写真家キャサリン・アビーの作品は、世界各国の美術館やギャラリーに展示され、またアメリカや世界の書籍、雑誌に掲載されています。 双子の姉妹で同じく写真家であるフランシス(Frances McLaughlin-Gill)との共著、“Twins on Twins”があり、数々のテレビ番組への出演経験もあります。 2000年に、写真家としてのキャリアをまとめたドキュメンタリー ”Twin Lenses” をフランシスと製作しました。 近著は同じくフランシスと共著の自叙伝” Twin Lives in Photography”です。
