Photo exhibition by Kisei KOBAYASHI  

It was 1991, when he was 23 years old, that he set off to take photographs in Southeast Asia and other countries. Through my viewfinder, I was always in search of “distant landscapes. Thirty-three years have passed since then, but I have not changed my mind, and I continue to travel to this day. Some Asian landscapes and cityscapes have changed dramatically. Some have completely disappeared.
I have always photographed on film and printed in the darkroom. On the other hand, for this exhibition, he tried to convert the data taken with a digital camera to negatives and print them by himself.
In other words, this collection exhibition is a journey of prints up to the present day.
