Illuminations When a picture of waterscape rotates 180 degrees, the image reflected on the water surface turns into the normal state, making the former image turned upside down. The objects that exist between the two ambivalent gravities will form a new landscape in the frame. The three-dimensional geometry releases pure visual imagination as it induces an illusion of emerging and floating. It reveals photography is not necessarily a way of expression to convey thoughts inherent in self: Rather, it lies where the self receives what photographs are to express and deliver. Photographs are nothing but light to “illuminate” a state of mind.
